Project Summary

I designed an interactive onboarding wizard, called SmartStart, to streamline the process of bringing new clients on board. By consolidating data gathering and feature setup into one guided workflow, SmartStart simplifies and accelerates onboarding—reducing what used to take days or weeks into a matter of minutes. The platform also helps minimize errors and manual work by collecting essential client information in one place, ensuring a smoother handoff between teams. Most importantly, SmartStart offers new clients clear guidance and support from day one, creating a more personalized and efficient onboarding experience.
